Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid Correos return QR code.

You do not need to print anything. Simply bring your package to a Correos drop-off point and show the QR code provided.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn
  • unused
  • in original condition
  • with original packaging

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items returned damaged or used may not be accepted.
